What happens on a club night
Work nights are where the club's layouts get built. On any given night you might find members working on our exhibition layout, building models from kits or from scratch, or chipping in on a combined club project. Installing DCC decoders is a growing part of the mix, so if you've been wondering how to convert your locos, this is a good place to ask.
The third Wednesday of each month is our open running night: bring along anything you'd like to run, see the layouts in action and get to know the members in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Your first visit
You're welcome to come along a few times to see whether SARMA is the club for you before deciding to join. Just come in, say hello, and someone will show you around.
